SCHOTT Receives Funding for First Climate-Friendly Melting Tank

Receives €14.8 million for a pilot plant in Bavaria to produce low-CO2 pharmaceutical glass with electricity.

Back in the fall of 2020, SCHOTT announced its intention to become climate neutral in its production by 2030 (Scope 1 & 2 GHG Protocol).
